Shipping and Delivery

Delivery Address and Delivery Areas

Unless otherwise agreed and provided that we offer shipping services for the relevant goods, we will deliver the goods to the delivery address specified by the customer during the ordering process.

Delivery is limited to the areas where we provide services and which are indicated on the website.

The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information. Changes to the delivery address after an order has been placed are only possible if the order has not yet entered the processing or shipping stage.

If a specific payment service provider is used, and it is necessary for the proper handling of the order, we may refer to the delivery and payment information stored with that service provider.

Failed Delivery

If delivery cannot be successfully completed due to reasons attributable to the customer, the customer may be liable for any actual and reasonable additional costs incurred, to the extent permitted by law.

This applies in particular to the following situations:

*   the provided delivery address is incomplete or incorrect;
*   refusal to accept the goods without valid reason;
*   multiple failed delivery attempts due to reasons attributable to the customer.

The above provisions do not affect the statutory rights of consumers or regulations concerning the right of return (right of withdrawal).

Transfer of Risk

For consumers, the risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods generally transfers only upon delivery of the goods to the consumer or to an authorized recipient designated by the consumer.

If the consumer arranges their own carrier for delivery—and that carrier was not previously provided or designated by us—the risk may transfer earlier, upon delivery of the goods to that carrier, in accordance with applicable law. For business customers, and to the extent permitted by law, the risk of accidental loss or damage transfers upon delivery of the goods to the commissioned transport company or the designated person responsible for delivery.

The above provisions do not affect the mandatory statutory rights of consumers.

Out-of-Stock Products

If ordered products become unavailable after the order is placed, we will notify the customer as soon as possible. We reserve the right to rescind the contract if we have placed a proper and timely order with our supplier but fail to receive the goods due to reasons beyond our control, provided that the statutory conditions for contract rescission are met.

We will make reasonable efforts to supply the ordered products. If an order cannot be fulfilled due to the product being out of stock (in whole or in part), any payments made for the undelivered items will be refunded immediately via the original payment method.

Any other mandatory statutory rights held by the customer remain unaffected.

Self-pickup

Due to logistical and operational reasons, self-pickup of ordered items is not available.

All orders are delivered exclusively via the shipping and delivery methods we provide.
